The short version: this website is a product catalogue. It has no accounts, no cart and no payment step, and it does not ask you for personal information.
What this site collects
Nothing you type. There is no login, no cart, no checkout and no contact form on houseof7stars.com. The site does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies to identify you.
Ordinary server logs. Like any website, our host records standard request data — IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested and the time. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure, are not used to build a profile of you, and are not sold or shared.
Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore makes a request to Google when a page loads, which Google receives along with your IP address. That is governed by Google’s privacy policy.
When you place an order
Buying happens on Blinkit, not here. The “Buy on Blinkit” buttons take you to Blinkit’s own site or app, and everything from that point — your name, address, phone number, payment details and order history — is collected and processed by Blinkit under their privacy policy. We never see your payment details.
We receive order information from Blinkit only to the extent needed to fulfil and support an order.
If you contact us
When you email or call us, we hold what you send — your name, contact details and the content of your message — for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. We use it only to reply and to resolve your query. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass it to anyone else.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@houseof7stars.com and we will respond within one working day. For anything relating to an order — addresses, payment records, order history — the data sits with Blinkit, so that request needs to go to them.
Changes to this policy
If we add anything that changes what is collected — analytics, a newsletter, a contact form — we will update this page and change the date above.
